I’m a trauma-informed practitioner trained in Narrative-Focused Trauma Care®, offering attuned, compassionate engagement for stories shaped by harm. Before this work, I spent many years designing and leading transformational learning for adults — experience that taught me how people grow when they feel safe, seen, and supported.
My own story includes seasons of costly caregiving, complex family dynamics, and deep inner-healing work. Those threads have shaped a steady, grounded way of being with people in their stories.
I bring a gentle presence, clear guidance, and deep respect for your lived experience — helping you move toward restoration and the identity you were meant to carry.

To offer a safe, attuned space where stories marked by harm can be named with honesty and held with care, so you don’t have to carry them alone.

I imagine people who once felt stuck in old patterns beginning to move with more freedom and grounding, rooted in a deeper sense of their worth and dignity.
